One of our side projects is a set of tapered laminar flow carbon fiber wings for Vans RV-6, RV-7, and RV-8 homebuilt airplanes. The first set of wings are on Bob Mills’ Rocket Six, which was the second-fastest (mostly) metal Sport Class airplane at the 2023 Reno Air Races.
Wing carrythrough adapters are available for RV-6, RV-7, and RV-8. We expect to price wing sets in primer gray ready for installation at around $42,000 USD.
